Communications

All participants are invited to register and submit abstracts of scientific communications, which will be peer-reviewed by the International Organizing Committee and published in the book of abstracts. Abstracts must be submitted via the Abstract Submission Form and following the abstract template provided (see below).

Only one abstract for participant and symposium is allowed. You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. Please note that your registration is required to submit abstracts. Accepted communications will be published in the book of abstracts only after full payment of the registration fee.

Type of communications:

ORAL – 15 min (SIBEAQO-V) or 20 min (IBEQO-I) talks including questions. Submission deadline is June 15^th 2024.
FLASH PRESENTATIONS – 5 min talks with no questions.
Submission deadline is June 15^th 2024.
POSTERS. Only for SIBEAQO-V. Submission deadline is June 15^th 2024.

The preference between oral communication, flash presentation or poster should be indicated by the applicant during the submission process. Oral Communications will be selected by the Organizing Committee among the submitted proposals. The selection of the Oral Communications will be announced around late-June 2024.

For those who wish to submit abstracts in both congresses, the content of both communications must be different. Notification on acceptance of the abstract will be communicated by email approximately one month after the submission deadline.
