Registration Fees and Key Dates

The payment receipt must be sent at the time of registration.

For SIBEAQO-V: registration fees include attendance to the scientific sessions, congress documentation, coffee breaks, poster sessions, welcome cocktail, lunches and gala dinner. For accompanying person, the registration fee includes welcome cocktail, Friday social program and the gala dinner.

For IBEQO-I: registration fees include attendance to the scientific sessions, congress documentation, coffee breaks and lunch.

Full payment is required for receive the confirmation receipt

The payment must be made in Euros.

Payment options:

Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to the bank secure page.
Bank Transfer: Once you choose this method of payment, you will receive the necessary data from our bank account to make the payment.

For bank transfers, please do not forget to indicate the following reference when making the payment depending on whether you register for one or both symposiums:

OPTION 1 – “registration SIBEAQO + NAME + SURNAME of the attendee”;
OPTION 2 – “registration SIBEAQO/IBEQO + NAME + SURNAME of the attendee”

CONFIRMATION RESERVE

Once payment is received, a confirmation receipt will be sent.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

Cancellations or changes on the registration must be requested to the Technical Secretariat:
Cancellations requested before April 30^th 2024: a 100% refund of the registration fee except 50€ for administrative costs will be returned.
Cancellations requested after April 30^th 2024: a 50% refund of the registration fee will be returned.
Refunds will not be allowed after May 31^st 2024.
